After completing her residency in internal medicine at the University of Washington, Dr. Collins stayed at UW for her endocrinology fellowship training.  After graduating from fellowship in 2018, she began working at Evergreen Health in Kirkland, WA.

Farah Daneshvar, DO

Dr. Farah Daneshvar is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Diabetes. Dr. Daneshvar received her bachelor's degree from University of Michigan in Anne Arbor and her medical degree from Michigan State University in Lansing. She completed both her internal medicine residency and chief residency at Sinai Grace Hospital/Detroit Medical Center and then underwent two years of fellowship training in endocrinology at the University of Washington. Dr. Daneshvar is involved in medical education including medical students, residents, and fellows. She is the preceptor for Fellows’ Clinic for Endocrinology Fellowship Program at the University of Michigan.

Anh Tran, DO

she/her/hers

Dr. Tran earned her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (formerly known as University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) and completed her fellowship in Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition at the University of Washington in 2021. Since graduating, Dr. Tran has been working as a clinical physician at the Everett Clinic in Everett, WA.

Kathryn Weaver, MD

Dr. Weaver completed her internal medicine residency at Stanford University prior to joining the fellowship program at UW.  She was a clinical fellow from 2016 to 2018.  After graduating from fellowship, Dr. Weaver joined the Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition at the University of Washington as faculty.

Polina Zykova, MD

she/her/hers

After completing her medical education in Russia, Dr. Zykova did internal medicine residency in Florida before pursuing endocrinology fellowship at UW.  She graduated in 2022, and then briefly worked in San Luis Obispo, California doing locums work with Tenet Health.  In 2023, Dr. Zykova joined Renown Health in Reno, Nevada, which is affiliated with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine.
